Patent Litigation Settlement and License between Merck Millipore and W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc.

Gore has agreed to take a limited royalty-bearing license under U.S. Patent Nos. 7,293,744 and 7,927,316 and U.S. Reissue No. RE41,169, and their counterparts internationally in connection with its STA-PURE Fluid Sampling Systems and assemblies, Crimp and Cut tools, and STA-PURE Single Use Valve Systems and assemblies.
