Premier Research Group Limited, an international CRO with considerable oncology research expertise, announces that Dr. Liddy Chen has received a Doctorate degree in Biostatistics, focusing on study design issues in advanced survival models with major application to oncology clinical trials, from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Her research allows her to provide quality consultation services to clients, particularly in oncology studies. In addition to her ability to analyze data using complex survival models, she is able to assist clients with developing the most cost effective trial design so that maximum power can be achieved with the same number of subjects.

Dr. Chen’s research compliments Premier Research’s oncology focus. Premier Research has extensive experience in all major types of cancers and this depth of experience means that Premier Research’s staff across all functional areas have a thorough understanding and familiarity with the tasks required to successfully manage and analyze oncology studies.

“We are very proud of Dr. Chen’s recent accomplishments and are fortunate to have her as a part of our advanced oncology team,” said Tara Fitzgerald, Vice President, Global Biometrics. “Liddy has been instrumental in strengthening our organization as a premier provider of clinical study design in the area of oncology.”
