Recipharm presents Annual International Environmental Award

Recipharm’s International Environmental Award is presented annually for the best environmental performance or environmental innovation within the pharmaceutical industry or the academic world. Since Recipharm was founded in 1995, our environmental work has played a central part in the way we do business. Indeed, the company has been certified according to ISO 14001 standards since 1997.
The award justification:

 “The Wellcome Trust Genome Campus continually demonstrates its environmental commitment in ensuring that its environmental impact is minimised, it has taken a holistic approach to this by involving all employees within the organisation.

The achievement of ISO14001 verifies that a systematic and successful environmental management system has been implemented. The numerous environmental initiatives in place have demonstrated a social responsibility and prove that the organisation has a sustainable strategy for the future.”
