Innovations in Disease Modeling 2022

Innovations in Disease Modeling 2022 content piece image

This inaugural online symposium will explore the tools and techniques being used to study diseases in the lab. Focus will be given to cell culture, organ-on-a-chip and organoid models, as well as, how innovations are enabling researchers to elucidate the underlying biological mechanisms of disease and support diagnostic and therapeutic development.

 This online symposium will cover:

  • Novel human organ-on-a-chip technologies
  • Microscale sensors and systems
  • Synthetic 3D microenvironments
  • Self-organizing principles of human cardiogenesis
  • Human iPSC-derived cells in disease modeling
  • Platforms for generating CRISPR-edited cell models

Please note, this event is now over 12 months old and has therefore been closed. The talk recordings are no longer available to view but you can still access the agenda and speaker information.
