Anachem Announces the Launch of new Gilson Rack Ranges

Read time: Less than a minute

Gilson continues to advance its range of liquid handling and chromatography systems and Anachem introduces the latest rack additions.

The Code 12X series is specifically designed for use with GX-271 Liquid Handlers. The racks are situated on the instrument bed, towards the back, where the solvent reservoirs are usually located.

Both Code 121 and 122 racks can accommodate vessels of adequate sample capacity without consuming space for rack positioning. This can enable space for five fraction collection racks. Code 121 racks accommodate 9ml tubes and Code 122 racks use 12ml tubes.

In addition six new Code 33X racks, for use with the GX-27X Liquid Handlers, have been added to the series. Each accommodates a different type and number of vessels, to increase flexibility in the collection process. These vessels include 25ml tubes, 2ml vials, 40ml scintillation vials, 4ml WISP vials and an option of 2 or 4, 96-well microplates.

All of the new racks in both series are fully supported by the brand new version Trilution® LC v2.0 Control Software.
