AnaSpec has announced the line of EnzoLyte™ Caspase Assay Kits, optimized for high-throughput screening. 

HTS-optimized features include: one-step homogeneous assays, a convenient mix-and-read format, and sensitive fluorimetric components.

EnzoLyte™ Homogeneous Caspase-3/7 Assay Kits detects caspase 3/7 activity in cells and/or for screening caspase 3/7 inducers or inhibitors and measures activity directly in 96- or 384-well microplate, bifunctional lysis buffer lyses cells as well as provides optimal buffer condition for caspase 3/7 activity.

EnzoLyte™ Homogeneous AFC Caspase-3/7 Assay Kitare available in following formats:

- 500 assays in 96-well format: Ex/Em(nm)=370/500

- 500 assays in 96-well format: Ex/Em(nm)=340/440

EnzoLyte™ Homogeneous Rh110 Caspase-3/7 Assay Kit is available in following format:

- 500 assays in 96-well format: Ex/Em(nm)=501/527

EnzoLyte™ AMC Caspase Profiling Kit is available in following formats:

- 8 AMC-based substrates coated to two 96-well plates, AMC fluorescence reference std coated on the same plate: Ex/Em=340/440 nm

- 8 AFC-based substrates coated to two 96-well plates, AFC fluorescence reference std coated on same plate: Ex/Em=370/500 nm

EnzoLyte™ AMC Caspase Substrate Sampler Kit is available in following formats:

- 8 AMC-based substrates in individual vials. Each substrate contains ample amount for 100 assays in a 96-well format: Ex/Em=340/440 nm

- 8 AFC-based substrates in individual vials. Each substrate contains ample amount for 100 assays in a 96-well format: Ex/Em=370/500 nm
