AnaSpec Introduces SensoLyte® Beta-Amyloid ELISA Kits

Read time: Less than a minute

AnaSpec, EGT Group has announced the release of the SensoLyte® ELISA kits for the quantification of human and mouse/rat β-Amyloid (1-40) or (1-42) peptide.

Compared to similar kits in the industry, these kits are a one-step assay optimized to detect human or mouse/rat beta-Amyloid (1-40) and (1-42) peptides, respectively.

Test samples can be from brain lysate, cerebrospinal fluid, plasma, serum or saliva with assay time in as short as one hour (excluding incubation times).

A 96-well plate with wells pre-coated with monoclonal anti-β-Amyloid (1-40) or (1-42) specific capture antibodies and blocked with a proprietary blocking solution is included in each kit. These kits are highly sensitive, specific and reproducible.

Ample materials and reagents are provided to measure 80 samples in a 96-well plate format.

Dr. Patrick L. McGeer (Kinsmen Laboratory of Neurological Research, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada) feedbacks as kits are reliable and simple to use with reproducible results.
