The simple, compact system utilizes CEM’s advanced iTAG™ protein-tagging technology which tags only the protein in a sample for analysis. Unlike other methods of determining protein, Sprint is not affected by nonprotein sources of nitrogen, so you can be sure of the protein content of your ingredients.
