EKM Introduces New Version of LABTrack™ LIMS

EKM Corporation has introduced a new version of Laboratory Information Management System - LIMS.

LABTrack LIMS is a solution that addresses the data management needs of all types of production and analytical testing laboratories.

It incorporates all of the basic features found on a LIMS system, but with many advanced features.

EKM claims that, the LABTrack LIMS system is easily installed and ready for use within days, unlike many other systems that can take weeks, even months to get started.

This LIMS system is designed for use across various types of industries including but not limited to: chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental testing, food, flavors & fragrances.

With its built-in audit trails and electronic signature functions, LABTrack LIMS can help laboratory meet FDA (cGMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and EPA (aGLP) compliance requirements.

Developed by using the Microsoft .NET development tools, users need a browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, to make use of all LABTrack's features.

LABTrack LIMS works with the Microsoft SQL Server relational database and supports dozens, even hundreds of simultaneous users.

LABTrack's security system ensures that only authorized users gain access to data.

When integrated with the LABTrack Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN), LABTrack LIMS offers a unified environment across all corporate departments, thus simplifying sharing, collaboration and correlation of corporate data.
