The MaxDiscovery Aspartate Transaminase (AST) and Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Color Endpoint Assays permit visible detection of in vivo toxicity using only 5 µL of serum from rodents or other mammals. These novel assays employ simplified endpoint analysis to offer high sensitivity, low detection limits and the ability to use a visible plate reader.
The MaxDiscovery Aspartate Transaminase (AST) kit permits quantitative visible determination of AST in a convenient format. The MaxDiscovery LDH Color Endpoint Assay kit measures the direct chemical conversion of LDH; and unlike traditional protocols, does not rely on coupled enzymatic amplification for high precision, quantitative measurements. Each kit contains ready-to-use product standards for the development of standard curves and calibration of the assay.
