Read time: Less than a minute

Quansys Biosciences is releasing a new 14‐plex Pneumococcal Array. Quansys, an ISO 9001 and 13485 registered company, is providing this product for the evaluation and detection of IgG antibody concentrations to 14 pneumococcal polysaccharide (PnPs) serotypes (1, 3, 4, 6B, 7F, 8, 9N, 9V, 12F, 14, a8C, 19A, 19F and 23F).

With 14 unique serotypes represented by individual spots in the bottom of a 96 well plate, along with both CPS positive and negative controls, users can in as little as 90 minutes have over 1120 unique data points to analyze. For over 10 years, Quansys continues to provide novel, cost effective solutions.

“As we focus on current health concerns and risks, S. pneumoniae continues to create significant pain and suffering in the lives of millions of people. We are proud to be offering a high quality and cost effective solution for the assessment of the seraprevalance of this disease. We are excited to be launching this product on July 28th 2014 at this year’s annual meeting of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry,” said Matthew Groll, General Manager at Quansys Biosciences.
