Sheldon Launches Online Store to Meet Demands from Researchers and Scientists

Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. has recently launched an eCommerce store to allow SHEL LAB users to purchase replacement parts and accessories online.

"We are very excited to turn Phase One of our online store live," said Julie Kay Schatzman, VP of Sales and Marketing for Sheldon Mfg. She adds.

"Our goal is premier service, and whether that comes from eCommerce, phone support or face to face sales, is the same to us."

"What is important is that we are providing helpful information to scientists and researchers via as many avenues as possible."

At https://www.shellab.com/store end users are now able to search and browse through over 250 parts, as well as track UPS shipments without leaving the site.

Users will notice the keyword search features, as well as a full library of images.

"We started by adding product manuals to the site and noticed a clear service advantage for our customers," remembers Dan Sheldon, President of Sheldon Mfg.

"Now those same customers can find the correct part for their laboratory oven, Bactron Anaerobic Chamber, CO^₂ Incubator, or Water Bath and order it online at their own convenience."

Sheldon Manufacturing plans to expand their online offering through the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2006 with the launch of several products including a redesigned SHEL LAB water bath, dry high heat sterilization CO₂ Incubator, and a Large Capacity SHEL LAB shaking incubator.
