The AEgis Technologies Group, Inc. has announced the release of version 2.3 of the acslXpress.
acslXpress is an application for in silico analysis. acslXpress can allow users to conduct PK/PBPK/PD analysis without having to be a model developer.
acslXpress can provides full model execution and analysis capabilities by incorporating pre-built models. In addition, acslXpress can be combined with model development environment of acslXtreme. This model generation and analysis suite can give users access to a complete enterprise-wide solution from discovery through clinical trials.
acslXtreme is a flexible pharmacokinetic modeling tool that is designed to provide a seamless modeling approach for classical PK, physiologically-based (PBPK), or pharmacodynamic (PD) modeling, giving users the right tool at each stage of the process.
According to Company, version 2.3 of acslXpress continues the tradition of its predecessor, ACSL®, which was one of the first commercially available modeling and simulation tools designed for simulating continuous systems.
