Thermo Fisher Scientific has introduced two new ELISA kits for the colorimetric detection of Interferon-inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant (ITAC, also known as CXC11) and Interleukin 17A (IL17A).

The Thermo Scientific Human ITAC and IL17A ELISA Kits detect natural and recombinant human ITAC or IL17A cytokines in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant.

Both the ITAC and IL17A ELISA Kits use a 50-microliter sample in a standard 96-well microplate assay format. Colorimetric detection is complete is less than four hours, with sensitivity of less than or equal to five picograms per milliliter.

The ITAC ELISA Kit has a dynamic range of 40.96-4,000 picograms per milliliter. The IL17A ELISA Kit has a dynamic range of 31.25-2,000 picograms per milliliter.

The ITAC and IL17A ELISA Kits contain pre-coated 96-well strip plates, biotinylated detecting antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate solution, lyophilized standard, wash and dilution buffers, stop solution, and plate sealing tape.

Every lot is functionally tested to ensure performance for the specified range and sensitivity.
