Tripos Announces Benchware Discovery 360

Tripos, Inc. has announced Benchware^® Discovery 360, a software solution designed to enable discovery scientists to access and analyze enterprise wide chemical and biological research data from within a single integrated desktop discovery environment.

Benchware Discovery 360 was unveiled at the Drug Discovery Technology^® & Development World Congress in Boston.

Benchware Discovery 360 is designed to provide scientists and research managers with a single point of entry from which they can access, analyze and share data from disparate enterprise repositories of biological and chemical data.

Benchware Discovery 360 is based on the SMART-IDEA™ informatics system that Tripos originally built in collaboration with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., and which is also forming the basis of a next-generation discovery IT solution, announced earlier this year, for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. 

The Bristol-Myers Squibb implementation is currently deployed to 1,000 users throughout the U.S. and Canada.

It allows scientists and team leaders to access and analyze essential project information on demand, resulting in improved decision-making and better overall discovery performance.
