Veeco Instruments Inc. introduces the ContourGT™ Surface Metrology Product Family, Veeco’s 10th generation of non-contact, 3D optical surface profilers that can deliver up to 10x capacity and throughput improvements over other systems on surface measurements and analyzes.
Based on Veeco’s white light interferometry (WLI) technology, the ContourGT features patented, higher brightness dual-LED illumination and superior vertical resolution to enable precision measurements, even in difficult applications.
Featuring the new Veeco-developed Vision64 operating and analysis software platform and modular user interface, the ContourGT is easy-to-use family of non-contact 3D optical surface profilers.
