The Opera Phenix™ high-content screening system from PerkinElmer is the premier confocal solution for demanding high content applications. Phenotypic screening and studies of complex cell models using high-content screening generate massive quantities of data which you need to be able to analyze to turn into knowledge. Harmony has ready-made solutions for common image analysis tasks to get to results fast, and image analysis building blocks so that new high-content analysis protocols can be created, configured and customized. Advanced analysis features such as texture and STAR morphology analysis provide detailed descriptions of cellular phenotypes, enabling more robust and reproducible classification.

You also need to be able to effectively manage all the data you generate from your screens and studies. Harmony software provides automatic storage of metadata, such as assay layout, instrument settings, and analysis results, plus user-defined keywords and annotations.

Image data from Opera Phenix can be automatically exported into the Columbus™ Image Data Storage and Analysis System, so that the data can be accessed, reanalyzed, stored, and shared across your lab. You can also export your image data to TIBCO Spotfire® Software, which allows you to aggregate data from multiple sources, perform complex analyses, and create interactive visual dashboards, revealing new insights and correlations.

Automate for Greater Productivity
