Georgina Davies holds a First-Class BSc in Animal Behaviour and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Anthrozoology from Liverpool John Moores University, along with a Certificate of Higher Education in Neuroscience from Cardiff University. Her academic journey has been driven by a fascination with biological systems and a rigorous approach to research, earning her recognition as the top-performing student in her cohort. Before joining Technology Networks, Georgina built a strong foundation in translating technical research into clear, accessible narratives for diverse audiences.

Kevin has been involved with ELRIG for more than twenty years in a variety of roles and continues to support the organisation. He is now retired, having spent twelve years at Tecan’s headquarters in Switzerland as Head of Applications. In this role, Kevin led a team responsible for bringing both liquid-handling products and applications to market. Prior to joining Tecan, he served as Head of Compound Management and Technology Project Manager at the CNS Research Centre of Merck & Co. in the UK. Kevin worked for Merck for just under twenty years, beginning his career there as a medicinal chemist working on a range of neurological disorders. He later moved into compound management, high-throughput screening, and secondary screening. He has authored or co-authored more than thirty peer-reviewed publications and is an inventor on more than twenty patents related to drug discovery.
