Different tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) exert anti- or pro-tumor effects in the tumor microenvironment (TME). Furthermore, circulating TILs can serve as biomarkers to indicate disease progression. Thus, high research efforts are put into understanding the exact role of TILs in the TME and detecting and analyzing circulating TILs. Depending on the analysis strategy, researchers are facing certain challenges. In our webinar, we will have a closer look at these challenges and how to overcome them.
