Visual Stimulation of Retinal Explants on a Standard Multiphoton Microscope.
In this white paper, the authors describe two approaches to integrating visual stimulation of the retina into a two-photon microscope set-up. They explain that the required equipment and software is readily available and that the integration is straightforward.
Importantly, it is possible to incorporate such a stimulation system to an existing multiphoton microscope without any significant changes to the microscope itself.
