Webinar Presentation: High-throughput Single Cell RNA-seq from Flow-Sorted Cells Using a Novel Miniaturized CEL-seq2 Protocol
Application NotePlate-based scRNA-seq approaches are advantageous for the in-depth analysis of rare cell types and subpopulations selected by cell surface markers.
READ MOREAnalysis of major and minor elements in cement pressed powders
Application NoteThis application note shows that the Epsilon 4 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is capable of analyzing major and minor elements in cement samples.
READ MORENIR and Dairy Spectroscopy
Application NoteThe composition of produced milk has great value for the dairy farmer. It determines the economic value of the milk and provides valuable information about the metabolism of the corresponding cow.
READ MOREFast Genotyping of Genome-Edited Animals
Application NoteCRISPR/Cas9, the easiest and least costly gene editing system, is widely used in mutation generation in various species. Using on-target gene editing PCR in combination with the LabChip GX Touch instrument reveals boththe amplicon of the target site and the heteroduplex (HD) signature, indicating whether NHEJ has occurred, even if it is a single base pair indel.
TwistAmp® Liquid: a versatile amplification method to replace PCR
Application NoteHere we introduce TwistAmp® Liquid, a new PCR replacement format that makes RPA technology more amenable to a wide range of research applications.
READ MOREPurity – The Nucleo (TIDES) for your Success
Application NoteThe purity of oligonucleotide preparations produced by solid-phase synthesis can be very high. However, purification is often required to remove incomplete or erroneous sequences.
READ MOREVisualize and Quantify Interactions in the TME [eBook]
Application NoteWhat would it mean to your research if you could accurately quantify cellular Interactions in the tumour microenvironment?
READ MOREAnalysis of Inorganic Major and Minor Compounds in Un-Ashed Coal Samples Prepared as Pressed Powder
Application NoteThis data sheet shows that the Epsilon 4 – a high performance energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer – is capable of analyzing Na2O, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2, P2O5, S, K2O, CaO, TiO2, MnO, Fe2O3, SrO and BaO in un-ashed coal samples.
READ MOREMineral Mapping Using Spectroscopy - From Field Measurements to Airborne Satellite-Based Imaging Spectrometry
Application NoteCase histories will be presented demonstrating the link between laboratory, field, and imaging spectrometer data. Selected physics-based analysis methodologies will be discussed and the level of information available from the data will be demonstrated. Examples will include mineral identification and mapping in the context of hydrothermal alteration associated with active and fossil hot springs and mineral deposits. Specific mineral mapping examples will include hematite, goethite, and jarosite in the VNIR and identification and separation of calcite, dolomite, and calc-silicates along with phyllosilicates and sulfate minerals such as alunite and jaorsite using SWIR spectroscopy. Spectral variability caused by processes such as anion substitution in illite/muscovite, crystallinity in kaolinite-group minerals, and spectral mixing will also be discussed.
