Business Unit Manager, Base Editing
Amanda has broad experience as a scientist in industry research and development, contributing to the development of Revvity’s Dharmacon™ reagents for gene editing and gene modulation since 2010. In her current role, Amanda supports the commercialization of the Pin-point™ base editing platform with the goal of accelerating base editing’s reach into the clinic. Before rejoining Revvity (then Horizon Discovery) in 2020, Amanda spent several years with the Allen Institute for Cell Science in Seattle, WA where she contributed to the generation of the Allen Cell Collection of endogenously tagged iPS cell lines.
