Dave, a seasoned legal strategist with over two decades of experience, joins Ubuntu to provide fractional in-house counsel services tailored to the unique needs of life sciences organizations. With a PhD in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from CU-Boulder and a JD from Cornell Law, Dave brings a rare combination of scientific insight and legal acumen that enables him to effectively bridge the gap between science, law and commercialization.
