Informatics and Microarray Data Analysis: Deciphering the Data Deluge, Zurich, Switzerland
Event Feb 11
Microarray technology has greatly accelerated the rate at which experiments can be performed and have yielded massive amounts of data for analysis, leading to a deluge of information which threatens to drown researchers. CHI’s informatics and Microarray Data Analysis conference aims to facilitate the adoption of standards for experimental annotation, data representation, experimental controls and data standardisation in order to turn the potentially destructive flood of data into a productive force. Topics will include data quality, experimental design, statistical evaluation, data interpretation and analysis and more.
