CombiSep Appoints ProGroup Instrument As Central USA Distributor
CombiSep has announced the appointment of Illinois based ProGoup Instrument Corporation as its Central USA distributor of CombiSep systems, consumables and software.
“ProGroup has a strong reputation as a supplier to the life science industry,” says Mark McDonald, CombiSep s Chief Operating Officer.
He adds “This agreement will assist CombiSep in providing separation solutions to pharmaceutical and other biotechnology customers in the central states.”

“Our experience with plate and liquid handlers, and ProGroup s reputation as a supplier of quality products, will facilitate access to the client base for CombiSep s products,” states Scott Hovey, President of ProGroup.
CombiSep's cePRO 9600 is designed to allow researchers to analyze up to 96 samples in parallel. Applications for biomolecules include: protein analysis, DNA sizing, amino acid analysis and oligonucleotide purity determination.
Other applications include high-throughput screening and separation of small molecules.
Reagent kits are available for performing pKa and log P analyses, protein sizing, dsDNA sizing, and oligonucleotide purity analysis.
