Exiqon Expands its Distributor Network
Exiqon A/S has announced the addition of two distributors to its existing network of distributors in response to an increase in product demand.
Biomedica Medizinprodukte GmbH & Co KG (www.biomedica.co.at) will market Exiqon’s life sciences products in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.
Biotik@ (www.biotika.com.br) will be Exiqon’s first distributor in South America and will cover Brazil.
“We are pleased to announce the addition of Biomedica and Biotika to our global distributor network”, said Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing, Dr. Elisete Pedrollo and added: “The interest in microRNA research and in our miRCURY LNA™ product lines continues to grow throughout the world, and these two new distributors will help us address new emerging markets”.
Exiqon’s total distributor network now consists of 18 distributors covering South and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Brazil, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
