GenoLogics to Integrate Geneus Software with Illumina’s SNP Genotyping Workflows

GenoLogics has announced that the Company intends to work with Illumina to build integrations in Geneus that support Illumina’s technology platforms.

Geneus, a solution for the genomics market, will support workflows that utilize Illumina’s platforms, as well as other technology platforms, for both gene expression and genotyping applications.

Geneus, an enterprise solution for lab and data management, includes science-specific modules that are purposed for multiple platforms within genomics application areas. It also includes integrations to various genomics instruments and software.

Geneus is built on an open, configurable, adaptable platform to accommodate evolving technologies and changes in lab operations, yet it is customizable in order to accommodate specific workflows within individual labs.
