NanoString to Present at the Meeting of the Microarray Gene Expression Data Society, MGED9

NanoString Technologies, Inc. has announced that John Sowatsky, Vice President of Product Development, and Dr. Gary Geiss, Senior Scientist, will present on behalf of NanoString Technologies at the upcoming MGED9 meeting to be held September 7-10, 2006, at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

The presentation will include data generated by the NanoString nCounter™ system for measuring the expression of multiple genes in a single multiplexed reaction starting with only 100ng of total RNA without the use of reverse transcriptase or other enzymes. Platform comparisons will be made to that of both microarrays and RT-PCR.
