AnaSpec Introduces High Performance Labeled Streptavidins
AnaSpec has introduced its latest collection of streptavidins labeled with its patented HiLyte Fluor™ and HiLytePlus™ dyes which promise brighter fluorescence and better photostability compared to FITC and Cya dyes, the company says.
Streptavidins labeled with fluorescent dyes are widely used for immunofluorescent staining, fluorescence activated cell sorting, in situ hybridization and other biological applications.
AnaSpec’s HiLyte Fluor™ Labeled Streptavidin Sampler kits, available in 2 sizes, contain streptavidins labeled individually with HiLyte Fluor ™.
Prepared at optimal fluorophore to streptavidin labeling ratio, these HiLyte Fluor™ streptavidin conjugates exhibit high fluorescence signal and uncompromised biotin binding capability. Every lot has been validated with immunofluorescence staining.
