Biomax Releases the Pedant-Pro Sequence Analysis Suite Version 3

Biomax Informatics AG has announced the release of the version 3 of the Pedant-Pro Sequence Analysis Suite, an application which is designed to provide automatic annotation of individual sequences and complete genomes.

The version provides a workflow architecture providing flexibility of the application and a user interface which allows data retrieval.

Using grid-computing, Pedant-Pro is structured for the analysis of large quantities of sequence.

The workflow architecture and the possibility to integrate proprietary sequence-related data provide a system which is exactly tailored to a company's environment.

The system has already been applied to several fields within the life sciences, including pharmaceutical, agriculture or nutrigenomics research.
