Bio-Rad Announces new Human Primary Cell Transfection Protocols

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. has announced 12 new protocols for electroporation of human primary cells and primary cell lines. The cells include T-cells, neutrophils, and several B-cell lymphomas.

The conditions for electroporation were developed using Bio-Rad’s Gene Pulser MXcell™ electroporation system and Gene Pulser® electroporation buffer. The protocols can be viewed in Bio-Rad’s Gene Transfer Protocol library at http://www.biorad.com/genetransferprotocols/.
