Bio-Rad Launches Data Management Software ‘proteON Manager 2.0’
Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. has announced the introduction of ProteOn Manager 2.0, its latest ProteOn™ XPR36 protein interaction array system data management software.
ProteOn Manager 2.0 is designed to enable an application focused workflow and faster performance. Key improvements include performance enhancement, which reduces processing and analysis time from two minutes down to 34 seconds as well as automatic “one button” data processing, which allows users to process their data, one step at a time.
Other workflow enhancements include the ability to move information and data in and out of ProteOn Manager 2.0. With this new capability, users can import sample lists from spreadsheet software programs and export raw, processed, and analyzed data in addition to sensorgrams.
Other features of ProteOn Manager 2.0 include kinetic analysis fitting, which provides users with the ability to fit the start and end of an injection in a kinetic analysis and a greater range of options for data referencing.
