DNA Script announced a significant advancement in oligonucleotide synthesis technology, enabling the production of custom DNA sequences of up to 500 nucleotides in length with unprecedented sequence complexity. This breakthrough in enzymatic DNA synthesis overcomes traditional chemical synthesis limitations, offering researchers enhanced capabilities for applications such as mRNA vaccine development, antibody engineering, and advanced cell and gene therapy applications, among others.

The new offering delivers exceptional sequence versatility, accommodating challenging compositions including high GC content, poly-A, poly-T, Inverted Terminal Repeat (ITR), and untranslated region (UTR) sequences, as well as promoter regions and secondary structures. Each oligonucleotide is supplied in ultrapure water, ready for immediate research application. The product offering supports lengths ranging from 15 to 500 nucleotides, providing researchers with unprecedented flexibility in their genomic research designs.
