EPICENTRE Biotechnologies Releases TAQXpedite™ PCR System
EPICENTRE Biotechnologies has announced the release of its TAQXpedite™ PCR system for fast end-point PCR and TAQXpedite™ GREEN Real-Time PCR for fast real-time PCR.
According to EPICENTRE, reproducible fast PCR results are achieved by using an efficient thermostable enzyme blend in conjunction with 2X MasterMixes containing PCR Enhancer with Betaine.
The TAQXpedite System works with traditional PCR/qPCR instrumentation and takes just 16 minutes to obtain end-point PCR results and 30 minutes for real-time PCR results—even with long or difficult GC rich templates, the company says.
