EPICENTRE Releases ArrayPure™ Nano-scale RNA Purification Kit
EPICENTRE Biotechnologies has announced the release of ArrayPure™ Nano-scale RNA Purification kit that can provide all of the reagents needed to purify RNA from one or more eukaryotic cells, including quantities typically obtained with laser capture procedures.
The kit contains only aqueous solutions and requires no toxic organic solvents. A nano-scale protocol has been developed and tested with quantitative real-time PCR on 1 to 10,000 eukaryotic cells.
ArrayPure™ is also compatible with RNA amplification techniques where microgram amounts of RNA have been produced from 20 HeLa cells.
