Guava Unveils ViaCount™ Assay
Guava Technologies Inc. has unveiled the ViaCount™ assay. The Guava ViaCount assay is designed to addresse many of the difficulties of conventional cell counting and viability assessment methods.
The Guava ViaCount™ assay provides cell counts and viability determination based on the differential uptake of fluorescent reagents.
The Guava ViaCount assay uses proprietary Guava software, and reagent kits optimised for use with the Guava PCA and PCA-96 systems.
Guava claims that, using a Guava Personal Cell Analysis system, with ViaCount™ reagent, customer can automatically obtain absolute cell counts and viability results.
