Guidance on Selecting the Right PCR Fluorophore and Quenchers
Link Technologies Ltd will be attending the 15th anniversary of TIDES, Oligonucleotide and Peptide® Therapeutics: From Research through Commercialization, on May 12-15, at the Hynes Convention Centre, Boston.
On Tuesday, May 14 at 4.15 pm, Link Technologies’ Technical Manager, Dr Catherine McKeen, will be advising delegates in the most suitable selection of fluorescent labels and quenchers for various PCR applications, as one of a panel of experts in an audience discussion on the topic.
The discussion will highlight the commercial consequences determined by the choice of quencher molecules, their linker structure and attachment chemistry, as well as other aspects that are fundamental to minimizing re-validation costs and downstream delays, which need to be considered at the start of the process.
The audience will be encouraged to ask questions and participate during the session to maximize its effect in helping to overcome the toughest challenges.
Link Technologies will be sharing booth 330 with its American distributor, AIC, at TIDES, which has become established as the key meeting place for companies working within the oligo and peptide industry, from discovery to manufacturing.
Link representatives will be handing out the new Link Technologies Product Guide, which includes extensive application notes and easy to locate protocols, in paper format and on USB flash drives.
