The Unistat Nuevo range is the latest introduction to the portfolio of high performance Unistat thermoregulators from Huber UK.

Each model in the Unistat Nuevo range is designed to provide users with state-of-the-art thermal control that will enable them to increase process yields, achieve greater final product purities and gain reliable and repeatable results at lower running costs.

The Unistat Nuevo range offers active mechanical cooling from -120°C to +300°C. Units feature a powerful variable-speed pump with a soft start that gives the highest possible flow rates enabling the safest and fastest ramp rates - protecting your reactor and maximising the process performance.

The flow and pressure of thermal fluid is closely controlled and monitored by an adaptive controller that brings a new level of precision to the thermal control that can deliver to wide variety of applications.

The Unistat Nuevo range employ a hydraulically sealed circulator with a fully self-contained expansion tank at atmospheric pressure, meaning that it can be located below or above the level of the application without the risk of siphoning or back-flow even during power-down.

Units are also CFC and H-CFC free and have the option for 100% natural refrigerants. Most Unistat units are available with a choice of water or air-cooling, to suit your requirements.

All models in the Unistat Nuevo range feature a new touch screen controller with easy to access menus, hot keys and display of all key parameters, including process temperature, jacket temperature, fluid pressure and safety settings.

The controller includes an option to allow dynamic data to be viewed in a real-time graphical format. Controllers can also mimic previous generation controllers so that existing users have instant familiarity. All Huber controllers are covered by Huber’s 3 years warranty.
