SciGene has introduced a new application for the Hybex® Microarray incubation System for performing chromosome hybridization procedures. The Hybex System uses a small heating unit with removable slide racks that hold up to 16 slides inside humidified chambers.

Using a detailed validated protocol, the heating unit heats the chambers during the denaturation step and then passively cools to the hybridization temperature. Slides remain in the racks after hybridization for streamlined processing. System results reveal more intense and uniform signals than standard methods.
