Off-The-Shelf Solution for High Throughput Recombinant Virus Production and Titration

Oxford Expression Techologies (OET) has introduced titrePLUS™, a combined expression and titration package that harnesses the simplicity and flexibility of the efficient flashBAC™ expression system with the ease and speed of baculoQUANT™ titration.

OET says that the titrePLUS™ has been designed to allow the production and titration of single and multiple recombinant viruses in a single kit format. It is cost efficient and uses easy to follow protocols that allow researchers to perform recombinant virus titration on the same day as harvest.

titrePLUS™ contains flashBAC™ DNA, control transfer vector and baculoQUANT™ probes and vectors and is available in 5 and 24 reaction size kits. Both flashBAC™ and baculoQUANT™ are available in separate kit formats.
