Phenomenex offers Jupiter™ 300, wide-pore support with a bonding chemistry for enhanced bioseparations. Traditional C4 phase and C5 phase are used for reversed phase separations hydrophobic proteins, while the C18 phase can be used for hydrophilic protein separations.

All are designed for ultra-performance separations of proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides with unmatched hydrolytic stability from pH 1.5 to 10 (for more than 3000 hours continuous exposure).

Jupiter 300 silica is manufactured to the tight tolerances to yield much lower than average operating pressure and extended lifetime. Ultra-low silanol activity and metal content ensure symmetrical peaks and no non-specific adsorption or ionic interactions of proteins.

Each column is shipped with a batch Certificate of Analysis for Assurance as well as its own individual test chromatogram. Both 4 and 5µm materials are available in capillary, microbore and analytical formats, and 10 and 15µm materials are available in prepacked preparative columns or in bulk for reproducible scale-up. These path-breaking separation and purification tools can offer peak symmetry and pH stability.
