Precision NanoSystems offers ground-breaking transfection technology for primary cells

GFP fluorescence (green) in enriched rat E18 primary cortical neurons (MAP2, red) transfected by Neuro9-mRNA at DIV7. Flow Cytometry (not shown) indicates Neuro9 nanoparticles were present in 95% of cells and GFP was expressed in 80% of cells at 48h post-treatment
