The End-It™ DNA End Repair Kit from EPICENTRE Biotechnologies is designed for treating fragmented genomic DNA for use in next-generation DNA sequencing.
According to EPICENTRE, the kit converts DNA containing damaged or 5' and/or 3' protruding ends to 5'-phosphorylated, blunt-ended DNA for fast and efficient ligation to sequencing adaptors.
The kit contains reagents for 20 end-repair reactions (up to 100 µg of genomic DNA). The end-repaired, 5'-phosphorylated DNA can then be ligated using EPICENTRE’s Fast-Link™ DNA Ligation Kit.
