Rosetta Biosoftware Introduces the Rosetta Resolver® Gene Expression Data Analysis System Version 7.0

Rosetta Biosoftware introduced the Rosetta Resolver® gene expression data analysis system 7.0, with capabilities to promote standardized data storage and exchange.

The new version will be presented at the Rosetta Technology Forum, the first of four taking place this year, held immediately prior to the Society of Toxicology annual meeting on March 24, 2007, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Resolver system version 7.0 also provides support for endpoint data storage in the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium's (CDISC) Standard for Exchange of Non-clinical Data (SEND) format and additional gene expression platforms, such as the Illumina® platform.

"The Resolver system 7.0 provides our customers with clear-cut ways to exchange data and enrich their gene expression experiments," said Yelena Shevelenko, vice president and general manager of Rosetta Biosoftware. "We developed this version to facilitate data exchange with the FDA and to enable collaborations for our customers."

A data repository is now available in the Resolver system 7.0 for endpoint data, allowing researchers to visualize and analyze data in the CDISC's SEND format along with gene expression data.

Other data types that can be stored and incorporated in the Resolver system 7.0 include Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and quality control data. Additional gene expression array platforms, such as the Illumina platform, are supported by the Resolver system 7.0.
