Read time: Less than a minute

Sigma-Aldrich™ has announced the new 2007-2008 Sigma Antibodies Catalog, a tool for research in life science.

The 320-page Sigma Antibodies product catalog contains information on over 4,000 antibodies from a single source, including over 800 new antibodies (http://www.sigma.com/antibody_cat) along with application photos, associated gene symbols, and detailed technical appendices.

The guide offers a user-friendly format organized by area of study for easy reference. Primary antibodies are arranged into chapters titled Cell Signaling, Neurobiology, Molecular Biology, Plant Biology, and Serum/Plasma. The guide also includes monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, secondary antibodies, antibody conjugates, kits, supplementary products and custom services.

"The 2007-2008 Antibodies catalog is the companion piece to the Antibody Explorer, our Web-based immunochemicals catalog. These tools help our customers easily navigate through our market leading range of novel and traditional antibody products," said Dave Smoller, President of Sigma-Aldrich's Research Biotech business unit.
