TATAA Biocenter launches hands-on course on High Resolution Melt (HRM) PCR. HRM is a new technique to detect single nucleotide polymorphism, mutations and methylated sites in nucleic acids using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).

The company says that the technique is highly sensitive which makes it very useful for high throughput studies. First HRM course in Europe is offered June 13 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
