The BD™ AbSeq technology is an antibody-DNA oligonucleotide conjugate that allows high-parameter detection of cell surface protein expression on single cells. When used with the BD Rhapsody™, the only commercially available single-cell targeted mRNA-seq analysis system, mRNA and protein expression can be measured in thousands of cells concurrently, using a single workflow. The use of the BD AbSeq assay enables more defined cell clustering and the ability to discover new subpopulations of cells.
