High-Quality GMP Grade FGF-8b: Efficient Dopaminergic Neuronal Differentiation from iPSCs
Midbrain dopaminergic (DA) neurons derived from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) can effectively replace primary human neurons for modeling and drug screening of Parkinson's disease. In the process of hPSC differentiation into DA, some cytokines are very important, including FGF-8b which is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family that was originally discovered as a growth factor essential for the androgen-dependent growth of mouse mammary carcinoma cells and can induce neuron cell precursor cells and dopaminergic neurons differentiation.
With a robust cell culture platform, antibody development platform, flow cytometry validation platform, and GMP quality management system, we are pleased to announce the launch of GMP Human FGF-8b Protein (Cat. No. GMP-FGBH16) which can support large-scale differentiation of iPSC into dopaminergic neurons.
