sbeadex is a magnetic bead-based DNA extraction chemistry that yields high quality DNA. This is achieved through a novel two-step binding mechanism via an adapter which allows for more specific binding to nucleic acids. Final washes with water deliver nucleic acid in high yield, purity and quality that is suitable for all downstream applications like NGS, genotyping and chip technologies. When coupled with our high-throughput automated extraction platform, the oKtopure™, 3000-4000 samples can be processed per day.
