TB Green® Premix Ex Taq™ II FAST qPCR
This product is a reagent exclusively for real-time PCR using TB Green, an intercalating dye. The optimized composition combines a mutant Taq DNA polymerase suitable for high-speed reactions and a primer-dimer suppressor to achieve a wide dynamic range due to high fluorescence intensity while maintaining outstanding high-speed reactions and ultimate specificity. High quantification and detection are possible.
The heat-stable Tli RNaseH and UNG (uracil-N-glycosylase) contained in the reagent minimizes PCR reaction inhibition of mRNA remaining in the cDNA template and prevents nonspecific amplification due to carryover contamination. Additionally, the reagent contains a universal dye and a visualization dye, making it much easier to use successfully.
When the sample has a low concentration, use the included sample diluent EASY Dilution II (for Real Time PCR) for more accurate quantitation than dilution with water or TE.
